You go to your own website, login and click on the OptimusTrip of
your choice and then follow the prompts. |

You will receive two automated responses immediately informing you
that we have received your request and a booking ID. Following that
you will receive an email with the name and email address of the
agent handling the trip. After the agent processes your booking you
will receive an email confirmation indicating the amount in which
your credit card has been charged, along with any instructions or
information that the specialist feels you need to know immediately.

Optimustravel.com and travelchannelusa.com as an approved domain in
your spam blocker and/or monitor your spam folder in order to ensure
receipt of our emails. Please provide correct and complete home
address information upon new member enrollment. Also when
registering for an OptimusTrip and in order to assure notification
is sent to the proper address. Please update Travel Client Services
of any changes to your contact information.

You can only book one room or cabin per OptimusTrip membership
unless you have more than 2 children under 18 years of age. Then you
can book more than one but you must have someone 18 years or older
in the second room. You may book as many OptimusTrips in a year as
you wish! |

Your membership covers you plus one guest (spouse, significant
other, roommate, friend, etc.) as well as your immediate family.
Immediate family is defined as: children 18 and under living at home
full time or 25 and under that are full time students and living at
home full time. |

Cruises require that you be 21 years old or older to have your own
cabin. If you are not 21, then there must be a person 25 years old
or older in that cabin along with you. On land packages you must be
18 years or older. Some Resort may require you to be older. |

Many hotels and cruise lines have a maximum occupancy of 4 guests
per room. If you have more than 4 guests to your party (i.e. – 2
adults and 3 children), a second room may be required and both rooms
would be booked at the same rate. You may request adjoining rooms
however there is no guarantee of the hotel or cruise line being able
to accommodate the request. |

relationships with our preferred vendors and any solicitations of
fellow guests by TCUSA Representatives risks damaging these
relationships. Above all, remember it is a vacation. After the
OptimusTrip, you may share your experiences, photos, etc. with
whoever you choose. |

not be necessary. If the International package does not include air
a Welcome Table will be set up on the day of your arrival, no meet
